KPEC Total Engineering Solutions can supply customers with chains and sprockets from machined pilot bore or taper lock bush sprockets. With KPEC having it's own large in-house machine shop we can bore and keyway all types of sprockets on a speedy service to keep the wheels of industry turning. British standard chains can be supplied in lengths to suit the customer's requirements. Renold, Cross & Morse are just some of the quality chains available through the KPEC Sales office in Coventry. Stainless steel chains are ideal for applications in acidic or alkaline environments or where the chain may be exposed to long periods of water exposure, or where the customer needs very high or low temperature locations -40 degrees c to plus 400 degrees c. Attachment chains are parts fitted to the base chain to adapt to a particular purpose such as a conveyor medium. Attachments may form part of the integral part of the link plate. Other types of links may be attached by fillet welding to either or both sides of the chain.
